• Manage all social media platforms for the Arizona Coyotes including Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram, 365 days a year.

• Create conversation to encourage Coyotes fandom while increasing brand loyalty using a voice that serves as a fellow fan, a news outlet, a behind-the- scenes insider and a personal liaison answering all questions from injury updates to where to find a gluten free beer at Gila River Arena.

• Launched NHLCoyotes on Snapchat and grew our Instagram following by over 100% since October 2015 while increasing our social media engagement at 72%.

• Book all celebrities and social media influencers for our social media influencer program.

• Collaborate with internal teams and corporate sponsors to drive revenue through creative and authentic sponsored social media content.

• Work closely with athletes to develop their own social media presence.

• Represent the Coyotes as a social media expert speaker at conferences across the country.
